The independent corrupt practices and other related offences commission has arrested bank official for sabotage in two different bank locations.
ICPC revealed in a tweet that, in FCMB bank branch in Osogbo, Osunstate,the bank’s operations manager was arrested after the ATMs were loaded with unwrapped New naira notes.
The ICPC also revealed in another tweet that, the service head at Stanbic bank IBTC in Abuja was arrested for refusing to load the ATM when the new naira notes were available.
ICPC Compliance Team in Oshogbo has busted an FCMB in Osogbo, Osun State where some ATMs were loaded with cash with their wrappers un-removed, thus preventing the cash from being dispensed.
