Singer Davido jokingly asked his friends to send him 1 million naira each on Tuesday 16th of November.
According to him, he has preached the message ‘we rise by lifting others,’ and would equally like to be gifted.
He said;
‘We rise by lifting others abi? Me I don dey rise dey lifting others for the past 100 years. So I want to know who my friends are. All of my friends one one million Naira. Shey they said we are 30 BG. If you don’t send your own. You out of here. You are gone”
However, people thought he meant he would give them money and took to sending him their account details which he quickly rebutted by posting on his Instagram stories that he meant to be given money.
