WHY ARE YOU IN BUSINESS?

have access to opportunities for them to build the future so they can achieve their
dreams in life.

TELL US ABOUT ALL YOU DO, AND WHAT INSPIRED IT
I am basically known as a Change maker, Writer, Tech Innovation Officer and
Entrepreneur. What inspired me was the challenge of jobs and the lack of opportunities
and my passion towards transforming the Global Community but majored on Africans
was the chance i used to start the business of African Village representing the African
Symbol on the Logo and all other organizations which i own/ involved in.

WHAT HAVE BEEN SOME OF YOUR FAILURES AND WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT
FROM THEM?
I would say focusing on irrelevant things and building on fake promises. I learnt from it
because and took the words of my parents mostly my dad, who i love recording his
speech and the pioneers of African Village (Gbemisola Sowunmi in particular, Jite Abere
and Maryam Olaniyan). I picked myself up and started a journey of swlf discovery thanks
to the mentorship of Jimmy Idiagbon.
.
HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU WORK IN A DAY?

I work round the clock; my work hour is defined by the number of tasks and obligations
that i have to perform. As they say the future is here but not promising to all so we have
to do what we can to save our future.

HOW DID YOU FUND YOUR BUSINESS AT STARTUP?
I want to use this opportunity to thank my lovely parents Engr & Barr(Mrs.) Ademola-
Osinuga they were the main source of funding. I also get funding support from the Board
Members of African Village Organization.

WHAT SACRIFICES HAVE YOU HAD TO MAKE AS AN ENTREPRENEUR?
Writing, Supporting at the shop, Sending mails are some sacrifice i had to make and i
enjoyed doing it. Just like my Father has always told me: Grab every opportunity you
have because there is always a lesson in it that you have to take on” and these i would
continue to do.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST SATISFYING MOMENT IN BUSINESS?
My most satisfying moment was when my work was recognized by World Humanitarian
Network Indonesia and we got commended for the works we do at the organization
towards creating a better future.

WHATS YOUR DEFINITION OF SUCCESS?
My definition of success would be; being able to put a smile on people faces. And
knowing i have impacted lives. Being able to deliver business and the village home
legacy with the team of African Village for the Future

DO YOU THINK SOCIAL MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY WILL IMPACT THE WAY YOU
DO BUSINESS IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS?
It is the main resource for my business as it’s an effective platform for online marketing
and advertisement
