#Spotlight Art | Elozonam Talks Life Before/After BBnaija

I’m super excited about this one! You know why? Because I’ve always been a fan of Elozonam and Nengi! They’re like my favourite creative duo! We’ve had Nengi HERE and it’s only fair we bring in Elozonam aswell! and ofcourse he was willing to chat with us.

Read on to find out what we talked about!

Tell us about your life before BBnaija! As an actor and content creator! And do you think being on the show will or has affected your lifestyle in any way?

The show has affected me in a huge way. Before the house I was a content creator. I made TV Commercials through my company Syzygy Multimedia, micro films, skits, a Talk show etc. There was progress no matter how slow…but the BBNaija show basically showed the world what I’m capable of.

What were your expectations when you went in?  was it worth it?

Honestly, i went there to get more exposure for myself as a creative and as a brand. I expected to make friends, I expected to be exposed and that’s what happened. Every other benefit e.g the learning process, self discovery and the wins were bonuses.

Do you regret being on the show? Or do you wish to have done certain things differently while in the house?

I don’t regret being on the show. I mean it’s one of, if not the biggest platform in Africa. I had the chance and I took it. I also feel like everything that happened happened the way it was supposed to. So I wouldn’t change a thing.

How would you describe your relationship with other ex Housemates now!

Very cordial. Some of them I talk to on a regular…and some we see when we are at events. But it’s always all love!

Take us down memory lane: what was it like growing up? share with us your most cherished childhood memory.

My days playing at ikoyi club with my aunt and a few of my friends. I won’t soon forget.

What are your goals for the rest of 2019 and how do you hope to achieve them?

One of my goals for 2019 was to produce the second season of my TV series titled WTF!! That still remains the plan. How i plan on achieving it? I’m just going to produce it one step at a time!

Would you say you’re living the life you’ve always dreamt of right now?

I’m not living the life I’ve always dreamt of but I’m well on the way. Part of the fun is the journey to your becoming.

Do you think being on Bbnaija will help in boosting your career further as an entertainer?

Yes I do, hence me opting to be on the show.

If you could wake up tomorrow in the body of someone else, who would you pick and what would you do?

I honestly have no idea. Batman maybe or superman…and just fly to space.

What was the most hurtful comment about you you’ve read since you left the house?

Lol, there are so many. But we ignore.

Of all that has been written about you on social media,  how do you feel about them? What do you think has been left out and is worth knowing?

I think everything was noticed and written about me. If there’s anything that was missed I probably didn’t have a chance to show it.

Describe your current love life in one word.

What is the one thing,  people will be surprised to know about you?

I don’t eat shaki

Your life story in 5 words?

Unpredictable, exciting, teachable, transformation, creative.

You have series of short movie skits on YouTube, one of my favourite is “she said yes” with Nengi. what inspires them?

The need to be unpredictable. And even if you know there’s a plot twist…you wouldn’t know what it is.

How do you think people perceive you after watching you on BB Pepper Dem,  and how would you wish they perceived you?

They see me as this gentleman, a creative. I would have it no other way.

What is one habit you wish you could break?

Let’s talk about #Rumour Has it! What was it like being on the web series? And what other movies or web series have you been part of?

Rumor has it was a breath of fresh air for me. I was on a set i didn’t have to produce. Didn’t have to worry about editing and all. And i also learnt more about my craft which was fun.

I stared in an upcoming movie called Man up. It’s about sexual molestation from the man’s angle and it’s effects.

Any underground movie projects?

None for now.

What is one goal you are determined to achieve in your lifetime?

Producing my own feature films.

Name one thing you learned while being in the house.

Every time you get an opportunity, sell yourself.

If you could make a documentary about anything what would it be?

Lol, I have no idea.

What was the highlight of being on Big Brother?

The parties. Definitely a form of release for me.

What is the weirdest thing about you? Are you proud of it?

I walk in my toes. I don’t know if I’m proud of it. But I’m not ashamed of it.
