We have another exciting chat for your reading pleasure. I present to you the #BBNaija2019 Queen of Facial Expressions, AKA #Queenofspades! Esther Agunbiade. Go find out how she answered our 25 questions!

Tell us about your life before BBnaija and do you think being on the show will affect your lifestyle in any way?

My life before the show was pretty normal, I had the usual 9-5 job as a legal practitioner in a corporate firm in Lagos state. After the show, I decided to pursue my passion in entertainment. I really love to act.

What were your expectations when you went in? was it worth it?

Honestly, I did not have any expectation. My plan was simple – go in, be myself and make the most of the experience. The plan was to have fun and enjoy myself. It’s been a few weeks after the show, I’m still learning a few things about the celebrity lifestyle and I’m taking advantage of every opportunity that the show has exposed me to.

Do you regret being on the show? Or do you wish to have done certain things differently?

I don’t have regrets. I went in and I showed the world who I am. Although, there are a few things I know now about reality TV that I wish I had knowledge of before the show but I am happy with the way things turned out for me.

How would you describe your relationship with other ex Housemates now!

They are and always will be family. I am casual with everyone and I have a few of them I’ve worked with and will love to work with in the future. Let us make this money together!

Take us down memory lane: what was it like growing up? share with us your most cherished childhood memory.

Growing up was fun as God blessed me with the best parents, my dad is my best friend which made my childhood amazing. My favourite memory was playing chess with my dad.

What are your goals for the rest of 2019 and how do you hope to achieve them?

Some of my goals are to host shows and events, act with Sola Sobowale, Toni Tones, Genevieve Nnaji, Omoni Oboli etc. Work with Kunle Afolayan, Tola Odunsi, Kemi Adetiba, Jade Osiberu, Emem Isong, Tope Oshin.

Would you say you’re living the life you’ve always dreamt of right now?

I am living my life, not where I hope to be but I’m grateful to God for where I am and where he is taking me to.

Do you think being on Bbnaija will help in boosting your career further?

It is an amazing platform, it has given me the necessary exposure I need.

If you could wake up tomorrow in the body of someone else, who would you pick and what would you do?

I want to keep being me, I love my body too much, there’s no one else I would rather be.

What was the most hurtful comment about you you’ve read since you left the house?

Some people called me a witch, prior to the show no one had ever called me that.

Of all that has been written about you on social media, how do you feel about them? What do you think has been left out and is worth knowing?

I honestly feel like I was misunderstood because of my facial expressions, which most times doesn’t portray how I feel inside. However, I won’t change anything about myself. My expressions play a good factor in my acting skills, people confuse my blunt and outspoken personality with being rude. I am as honest as I can be and I like to say things as I see them, it doesn’t get more real than that.

Also I have a resting face which creates the impression that I am a snub, which I’m not, I am a fun loving person and I am very playful, I speak sarcasm fluently which is something I’ve realized some people don’t understand, and people do not like what they don’t understand, also I feed off people’s vibe, If you’re warm and friendly with me, I’ll return the favor, If you’re not, I’ll do the same.

Your life story in 5 words?

What’s your greatest indulgence?

What is one habit you wish you could break?

Wearing my feelings on my face.

Would you say being on the show has shaped you in a way.

My time on the show was enlightening, it has changed my opinion on a lot of things and it was a short self discovery journey.

Hanging out with my family, we’re always laughing non stop
