Holup! I bet you didn’t know her name is SCARLET GOMEZ, plus she’s married.

Ok fine…. I won’t waste any more of your time. You just go ahead and know more about the stunning, talented SCARLET GOMEZ. AND if I must confess she’s indeed friendlier than I thought.

You’re popularly known as Fadeke on my Flatmates, but who is Scarlet Gomez? Where are you from, How did acting begin for you? Tell us your story in a nutshell.

Scarlet Gomez is a 26 year old Nigerian from Ogun State. She is an actor, music artiste and wife. I started off my career with modelling and paegents at 18 years old and transitioned to acting.
How did you get the role Fadeke on my flatmates? Did you audition for it? How difficult was it fitting into that role? And what’s it like working with the cast and crew so far?
I auditioned for the role of Fadeke. It was very competitive. Getting the role and having the opportunity to work with Seasoned actors and comedians is a big blessing because I learn a lot from them. Nothing beats experience in this industry.
What attracted you to begin a career as an actor?
My love for the arts and the opportunity to express my creativity.
What is the one thing,  people will be surprised to know about?
I am actually very approachable and down to earth.. Most people find that hard to believe.
In which area would you like to improve as an actor?
I would like more challenging roles that will actually force me to study more about other cultures and habits.
What sort of acting roles will you be looking out for in the future?
I would be looking for more unique stories with complex characters.
Have you ever gotten a chance to be on the other side of the table at an audition (watching, instead of auditioning)
Yes.. I have auditioned aspiring actors a couple of times and I also judge paegents often.
If you could choose, what three actors would you really want to work with?
Majid Michael, Shola Shobowale, Viola Davies
What has been your favourite or most challenging role yet?
My character in the movie ‘Something Strange’
How do you deal with bad publicity?
I ignore it and focus on more important things.
What would you say paved a way for your acting career?
My dad was in the entertainment industry and I studied him growing up. I guess I learnt the values of hard work and also how to express my creativity from him.
What projects are you currently working on?
I am working on a couple of movies and I am also recording my second studio album.
Aside acting,  what other talents have you explored?
Modeling, Singing, Dancing.
